Shipping policy

Order Processing

We ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your shipment is created, so you can track your delivery all the way to your door.

 

Shipping Times

We ship all orders from San Diego, CA. Shipments within the United States will take anywhere from 2-5 days to reach their destination. 

 

Shipping Costs
While all carrier costs have increased since the start of Covid-19, we have done our best to keep shipping accessible. We ship with USPS, and your rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout, prior to your order confirmation. There is an unavoidable heft to cast iron, and so, depending on the items you purchase, your shipping costs may total anywhere from $20-$40, higher in some cases, depending on delivery destination.  

Missing packages
We do our best to get your order out in a timely manner with reliable results. Your tracking information will be sent to you the moment that your shipping label is generated, with information about which carrier it will come through.

Once an order leaves our door, it is in the shipment carrier's hands, and their responsibility. If the carrier has made a successful delivery, your tracking information will show "Delivered." We cannot be held responsible for package theft or delivery to the wrong location (as your shipping label is created directly from information you provide during the checkout process).

We primarily ship with USPS, unless otherwise indicated. If you have issues with a shipment, please reach out to their claims department, and let us know what the problem is (and that you've started a claim) by emailing us at: hello@earthboundkitchen.com
