Herb Stripper

An ideal tool for stripping herbs and leaves of plants such as rosemary, thyme, or even leafy greens such as kale.

It offers eight different sizes to accommodate a large variety of stems. The long scraper side can also be used to cut herbs and bruise them as they are being cut to release more oils and make your food more flavorful. The ends are shaped to scrape seeds out of vegetables and fruits. Ethically harvested urban lumber finished with organic olive oil and beeswax as well as orange & clove essential oils for their antibacterial properties. Made with intention from pre-fallen Cherry in Rock Island, Illinois USA.  

Wood Care:

Hand wash only - may use soap and warm water. Do not soak. Dry immediately afterwards and apply a food-grade oil.
